Responsibilities

• Ensure patients are scheduled for their MRI appointments promptly and efficiently
• Meticulously record all relevant health history information for each patient
• Pre-authorize all procedures to guarantee insurance coverage is accurately in place

Requirements

• Proficiency in using medical office scheduling and billing software
• Strong telephone and computer skills for effective communication
• The ability to efficiently organize and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Experience in medical office assistance, MRI scheduling, or pre-authorization is preferred
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• A customer-focused mindset
