About the role

Operate Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) scanners, monitor patient safety and comfort, ensure image quality, administer gadolinium contrast intravenously, interview patients, explain procedures, position patients, and enter scan data into the computer.

Responsibilities

• Operate MRI scanners.
• Monitor patient safety and comfort.
• View images to ensure quality.
• Administer gadolinium contrast dosage intravenously when required.
• Interview patients, explain MRI procedures, and position them on the examining table.
• Enter patient history, anatomical area to be scanned, orientation, and position of entry into the computer.

Requirements

• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist (ARMRIT).
• Registered or registry eligible in MRI.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Pay

• Night shift differential: $2.50 per hour.

Schedule

• Full‑time (FTE 0.90).
• Night shift.
• Hours: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, 7:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.
