MRI Clinical Education & Training Applications Specialist (Pacific NW)
As a trusted expert and training leader for GE HealthCare’s Imaging portfolio, you will design, lead, and deliver transformative education experiences that empower Technologists to confidently and effectively use GE HealthCare MRI equipment. Your role elevates the customer experience across the entire lifecycle—from pre-sale engagement and clinical training to seamless onboarding, workflow optimization, and ongoing post-installation support. By enhancing clinical proficiency and user confidence, you will help customers realize the full value of their GE HealthCare equipment, ensuring exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate and coordinate the delivery of customer training with sales, project management, and service teams in accordance with the Order Configuration and terms.
- Develop deep product, clinical, and software knowledge within Imaging modalities to provide clinicians with the skills to optimize GE HealthCare equipment performance.
- Provide pre-sale product clinical evaluations and educational sessions to potential customers.
- Develop and administer clinical training aligned with Sales Order Agreements (SOA) to achieve high Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
- Drive revenue realization through on-site or remote clinical education delivery.
- Produce comprehensive, consistent, and timely documentation from pre- through post-training.
- Provide ongoing post-installation training and support over the product lifecycle.
- Maintain customer relationships through proactive communication, escalating product or customer concerns to management, sales, marketing, and technical support teams.
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent and minimum of 3 years of MRI patient scanning experience.
- Minimum 1 year of patient scanning on GE HealthCare equipment.
- ARRT, ARMRIT, or equivalent modality certification.
- Comfortable working in a clinical/patient environment.
- Proficient in software applications such as Windows Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and web-based tools.
- Ability to learn specialized industry software and deliver digital education solutions.
- Required to register with vendor credentialing services for customer hospitals.
- Extensive travel (80%+, 4-5 days per week including overnights and weekends) via car, air, or train; company car provided where required.

Pay
For U.S.-based positions, the pay range is $105,840.00–$158,760.00 annually. Compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Eligible for performance-based incentives, including cash bonuses and long-term incentives (LTI).
