MR Safety Officer

About the role

Seeking an additional MR Safety Officer to partner with and join our robust practices and team across the Froedtert Thedacare South Region. You will work alongside our current MRSO, MR Leadership, Radiologists, Physicists, and Technologists. Daily expectations include expediting outpatient implant triage and engaging with MR Technologists and providers around acute safety‑related needs. Additionally, the MRSO supports education for technologists on safety and aids in specialized safety needs at the scanner as needed. The MRSO works collaboratively with MR Physicists, MRSE, MRMD and MR Leadership to maintain high quality standards and support safe environments for patients and staff, and is engaged in the MR Safety Committee, MR safety‑related policies, and MR safety quality initiatives. A high level of detail is required, with emphasis on accuracy, quality, critical thinking, and communication skills.
