MR Fusion Specialist/MRI Technologist/Ultrasound Technologist
About the role
United Medical Systems seeks a MR Fusion Specialist (Radiologic Technologist/MRI/CT Tech or Ultrasound Tech) to travel to hospitals in an assigned region, deliver MR Fusion equipment, and support urologists during MR Fusion Prostate Biopsy procedures. The role involves communicating with urology offices, obtaining MRI mappings remotely, traveling to facilities, providing technical and clinical support during procedures, and assisting with fusing MRI mapping to live ultrasound in a 3D environment. Extensive training on the fusion device and ultrasound will be provided, including paid training in advanced mobile lithotripsy systems. Travel expenses and hotel stays are reimbursed, and you will be part of a passionate, mission-driven team. Some overnight travel may be required.
Requirements
Experience in MRI, Ultrasound, or Radiologic Technology/Interventional imaging is required.
Responsibilities
- Communicating with Urology offices to confirm upcoming schedule
- Obtaining MRI Mappings from Radiology teams (remotely via the Cloud)
- Traveling to facilities to deliver equipment prior to day of procedures
- Providing technical and clinical support to Urologists during procedures
- Assisting the Urologist in fusing MRI Mapping to live Ultrasound capture and navigating in a 3D environment with the Fusion device

Schedule
Full-time position with guaranteed 80 hours per pay period; schedule is flexible and may change.
