About the Role

United Medical Systems, a national leader in mobile medical services, is seeking radiologic technologists, MRI/CT techs, or ultrasound techs to serve as MR Fusion Biopsy Specialists. The specialists travel to hospitals in their region to provide the MR Fusion device and support urologists during MR Fusion Prostate Biopsy procedures in the operating room. The role involves independent work, logistical coordination, and clinical support, with extensive training provided.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with urology offices to confirm upcoming schedules.
• Obtain MRI mappings from radiology teams (remotely via the cloud).
• Travel to facilities to deliver equipment prior to procedure days.
• Provide technical and clinical support to urologists during MR Fusion prostate biopsy procedures.
• Assist urologists in fusing MRI mapping to live ultrasound capture and navigating the 3‑D environment with the fusion device.
• Maintain logistical and clinical readiness for each route and facility.

Schedule

Full‑time with a guaranteed 80 hours per pay period; schedule is flexible and may change, with occasional overnight travel required.
