Job Overview
The Project Management & Productivity Development Department in Charleston is responsible to plan & execute plant projects. We plan visits of executives, workshops, track the productivity of the plant and support the office of the CEO.
Responsibilities
- Support the preparation, execution and follow-up of interdisciplinary workshops
- Independently plan, execute and document subtasks within the projects
- Create PowerPoint presentations for internal and external meetings
- Cook up deliverables, meetings, reports, plans and other activities
- Identify and track efficiency measures for the plant
Qualifications
- Having graduated within the past 12 months or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a Business or Engineering related field
- Knowledge in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Structured thinking and quick comprehension
Preferred Requirements
- Currently enrolled in University or in a gap year between Bachelor's and Master’s degree. A minimum of 3 semesters of studies in relevant field of study
- Able to commit to a minimum of 6 months
- Prefers a 40-hour work week, but part-time hours are also available

- Hourly rate of $20.00/hr for our internship program. This is a local position, remote work is not available
- MBV does not offer assisted living or a relocation package for this assignment
