About the role
As part of the talented Customer Experience team, you will work with Dealers, Boatbuilders, and Consumers to establish eligibility requirements for extended service Engine coverage and pricing/costing for different contract levels and coverage duration. Responsibilities
- Understand contract requirements and coverage options
- Knowledge of products across offering to explain coverage inclusion/exclusions
- Identify, research, and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Work closely within the team and with other departments
- Participation in departmental and/or company projects including testing
- Provide customer support in all areas to ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop marketing materials to promote sale specials and promotions
- Regularly work with State Insurance Regulatory Agencies to ensure License paperwork is accurate
- Perform all other departmental related duties as assigned or requested
Requirements
- 1-3 years’ prior customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree is highly preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Detail oriented, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high volume call center environment
- Familiarity with company products and services
- Ability to manage 40-50 calls per day
Preferred Qualifications
- College degree in Business Management or related field
- Computer literacy, good troubleshooting skills, knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
- Bi-Lingual (French/Spanish)
Pay
The hiring range for this position is $62,800 - $90,500 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary based on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate’s qualifications and the business context. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
