Responsibilities

• Ensuring personal and team safety
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Load and unload parts, deburr parts, and start/stopping machines
• Set up machines, lathes, mills, or other machining centers
• Read blueprints, use measuring devices, and change/manipulate programs
• Modify G-code and operate CNC equipment and manual machines
• Maintain shop equipment and stock materials
• Inspect parts to required specifications and record production
• Participate in process improvements and receive training
• Perform additional cell responsibilities as required

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of CNC Machinist experience
• High school diploma/GED required
• Associates or higher in a technical field preferred
• Computer skills required

Position Requirements

• Standing, walking, stooping, balancing, kneeling, reaching, and sitting
• Must be able to meet and adhere to physical requirements and wear appropriate PPE
• Must be able to work in various conditions including heat, cold, noise, and vibration
• Must have knowledge of industrial tools and their maintenance
