Key Responsibilities
- Fully set up CNC machines from prints, process plans, and setup sheets
- Change tooling, verify fixtures, and adjust offsets
- Interpret engineering drawings and dimensions
- Independently inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, indicators, etc.
- Apply standard coolant, feeds/speeds, tooling changes
- Maintain production documentation and traceability
- Escalate quality or machine issues appropriately
Qualifications
- Technical certification or equivalent machining experience
- 2–5 years of CNC machine experience in precision or aerospace
- Solid ability to read prints and GD&T fundamentals
- Comfortable with typical aerospace tolerances (±0.0005” range)
Pay
Level II - $32 - $40/hr
Level III - $40 - $45/hr
Pay range for this role: $32 USD - $45 USD
