MPD ENGINEER III

About the role

The MPD Engineer III serves as a senior technical contributor for Managed Pressure Drilling operations, applying advanced engineering, operational troubleshooting, client support, HSE execution, financial awareness, process improvement, and mentorship capabilities. This role leads complex MPD planning and operational support activities, strengthens field execution, and helps standardize practices across assigned projects and rigs.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex MPD planning and operational support activities.
• Strengthen field execution of Managed Pressure Drilling operations.
• Standardize MPD practices across assigned projects and rigs.
• Provide advanced engineering and operational troubleshooting.
• Support clients with technical expertise and problem resolution.
• Ensure Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) compliance in all operations.
• Apply financial awareness to optimize project costs and efficiency.
• Drive process improvements and mentor junior team members.
