MP&P Technical Analyst 2 (contract)
About the role
We are seeking a motivated technician to join our composite material and structural bonding laboratory team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing a variety of tasks ranging from tool preparation, prepreg lay-up, bonding, machining, mechanical testing, photography, and assembly.
Responsibilities
- Execute a variety of tasks ranging from tool preparation, prepreg lay-up, bonding, machining, mechanical testing, photography, and assembly.
- Use a wide variety of hand tools, power tools, equipment, and measuring instruments.
- Read and work in accordance with visual aids, work instructions, and process specifications.
- Commit to team goals; be flexible in your day-to-day work assignment; help coordinate team communication; and participate in process improvement/lean best practices implementation.
- Show a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and strict adherence to engineering and safety requirements.
Requirements
- Experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with the ability to troubleshoot minor hardware and software issues independently.
- Experience working with detailed work instructions or reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
Qualifications
- Trade school or students preferred.
Skills
The role requires the ability to use a wide variety of hand tools, power tools, equipment, and measuring instruments. It also requires the ability to read and work in accordance with visual aids, work instructions, and process specifications.

Pay Rate Range: 25 - 30 USD hourly
