Moving Operations Specialist

About the role

The Moving Operations Specialist serves as the moving subject-matter expert, acting as the primary point of contact for the agent network and third-party services while ensuring systems compliance and providing allocation recommendations to drive quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage escalations for both internal and external customers.
• Perform system audits to ensure agent network compliance.
• Manage cost controls and approvals of exceptions and third-party costs.
• Act as the main point of contact for SIRVA Relocation and the agent network before, during, and after each relocation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the best customer experience.
• Work with IT on system enhancements.
• Document all interactions with agents and relocation.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or business diploma (or equivalent experience).
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Domestic Household Goods background preferred.
• Self-motivated.

Pay

Salary range: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 USD.
