Responsibilities

• Lead the Crew
• Direct a 2-to-4 person team on-site, ensuring safety, efficiency, and professional conduct.
• Digital Inventory Management
• Oversee the digital logging, photographing, and barcoding of customer contents using our iPad-based inventory software.
• Expert Packing & Transport
• Ensure high-value, fragile, and sentimental items are wrapped, packed, and loaded according to strict preservation standards.
• Drive & Deploy
• Safely navigate medium-duty box trucks to and from job sites and our secure warehouse.
• Customer Relations
• Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners and business owners on-site, providing reassurance and clear communication during a stressful time.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of professional moving experience (experience as a crew chief, driver, or lead mover is highly preferred).
• License: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (No CDL required, but must be comfortable driving 16ft–26ft box trucks).
• Skills: Exceptional packing, wrapping, and heavy-lifting techniques. Familiarity with smart devices/tablets for inventory tracking is a major plus.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently, bend, climb, and stand for extended periods.
• Background: Must pass a standard background check and drug screening.
