Required Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in a leadership or foreman role within the landscaping or exteriors industry.
- Strong sense of responsibility with a track record of honoring professional commitments.
- Demonstrated focus on operational efficiency and strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Ability to drive company vehicles safely and in compliance with all local regulations.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- 3 or more years of related work experience in commercial or residential landscaping.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Evidence of a teachable mindset and the ability to adapt quickly to changing field conditions.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Serve as a vital field leader, directing a dedicated crew to deliver high-quality landscape maintenance across residential and commercial properties.
- Train and develop crew members through hands-on mentorship to elevate the team’s technical skills and safety awareness.
- Execute pre-launch checklists and tool audits to maintain a high level of operational readiness and equipment care.
- Coordinate with the Field Operations Manager to resolve on-site technical issues and update real-time project documentation.
- Direct the safe operation of company vehicles and equipment while maintaining a clean, organized mobile job site.
- Ensure all finished projects meet or exceed quality standards to guarantee client satisfaction and minimize at-risk accounts.
