About the role
The Cleveland Clinic Neurological Institute announces a search for a board-certified/eligible neurologist with fellowship training in movement disorders to join the Parkinson’s and Movement Disorders Division at the Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health in Las Vegas, Nevada, part of Cleveland Clinic Nevada.
Responsibilities
- A primarily clinical role with ample opportunity to accommodate research and academic interests
- This position is under the direct leadership of Zoltan Mari, MD, FAAN, the Ruvo Family Chair and Director of the Parkinson’s and Movement Disorders Program
- Part of the Center for Neurological Restoration (CNR) led by Hubert Fernandez, MD, based at Cleveland Clinic’s main campus

Requirements
- Commitment to excellence in clinical care of patients with Parkinson’s disease and other movement disorders
- Strong interest and experience in clinical research, including clinical trials
- Expertise in advanced therapeutic modalities, particularly deep brain stimulation (DBS), including patient selection, programming, and post-operative management
- Collaboration with an integrated team of neurologists, neurosurgeons, neuropsychologists, and research professionals
- Board-certified/eligible neurologist with fellowship training in movement disorders
- Experience in clinical research and clinical trials
- Expertise in deep brain stimulation (DBS)
- Strong collaboration skills

Pay
Minimum salary: $286,500 Maximum salary: $383,000
