Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional guest service during every interaction.
  • Aid guests with lift tickets, season passes, activities, and other resort products.
  • Offer knowledgeable assistance to guests in person, by phone, and through email.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and transaction documentation.
  • Develop knowledge of resort products, services, promotions, and policies.
  • Resolve guest concerns professionally while supporting a positive guest experience.
  • Follow company policies, the Colorado Skier Safety Act, and the Skier Responsibility Code.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or reservation experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and point-of-sale or reservation systems, is required.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment is necessary.
  • The ability to work weekends, holidays, and peak operating periods is required.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
  • Frequent use of computers and point-of-sale equipment.
  • Occasional lifting, carrying, or moving up to 50 pounds.
  • Visual abilities including close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Work Schedule

  • This is a full-time seasonal position with an average work schedule of approximately 32 hours per week.
  • Typical shifts are approximately 7:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., including a lunch and ski break.
  • Employees are generally scheduled five days per week with two consecutive days off, subject to operational needs.
  • Employees must be available to work weekends, holidays, and peak operating periods.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting wage: $21.00 per hour.
