Mountain Activity Seller

About the role

The Mountain Activity Seller is responsible for handling sales, fulfillment, reservations, and inquiries for all on-mountain activities and lift tickets in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Be attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to guests, managers, and fellow employees.
• Provide efficient and friendly service to guests via phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
• Facilitate sales transactions via resort POS system while developing effective knowledge of resort e-commerce platform(s).
• Develop familiarity with resort platforms, policies, procedures, and promotions.
• Develop skill sets to effectively utilize and manage customer records and profiles.
• Uphold safety and policy standards, including the Colorado Skier Safety Act and Skier Responsibility Code.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Passion for customer service—personally driven by customer satisfaction.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and reservation systems.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations in a calm manner.
• POS systems experience preferred.
• Must be 21+ years of age.

Physical Requirements

• Regularly required to stand, walk, speak, hear, and use hands.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Visual abilities include close, distance, peripheral vision, and depth perception.

Pay

Hourly wage: $21/hr.

Schedule

Seasonal winter position: November through the first week of April.
