Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $20.00 per hour
• Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays
• Hours: Approximately 24 hours per week
• Job Type: Permanent part-time position; not a seasonal job

Responsibilities

As a Housekeeping team member, you will:

• Clean and prepare assigned villas according to Westgate's quality and cleanliness standards
• Complete cleaning of assigned units while meeting daily productivity and performance goals
• Clean rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, patios, and other guest-used spaces
• Remove linens and other bedding, remove trash, replace necessary items, and prepare villas for arriving guests
• Use cleaning equipment and products safely and according to company procedures
• Report lost and found items, as well as any maintenance issues, following established procedures
• Work together with other team members to support daily Housekeeping operations
• Perform other duties as assigned

About the Work Environment

Unlike a traditional hotel room, our vacation villas are large spaces resembling apartments or condos. They feature full kitchens, living rooms, multiple bedrooms, spa baths, patios, fireplaces, and other premium amenities. Typically, each team member receives three to four villas to clean per shift, depending on the number of credits assigned to each unit.

Requirements

• Must have at least one (1) year of experience in cleaning work, preferably at a timeshare resort, hotel, or large hospitality establishment
• Must be able to communicate well in English or Spanish; bilingual candidates are welcome but not required
• Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday
• Must be able to work from 8:00 a.m. until assigned units are finished, approximately 4:30 p.m. or until work is complete. Occasionally, additional Friday hours may be available based on business needs
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays

• Must pass a background check and drug test successfully, and verify legal authorization to work in the United States
