About the Role
American Millwork, a leading producer of quality hardwood mouldings and boards, is seeking a motivated candidate to join our production team as a Moulder Set Up. Responsibilities
- Frequent quick set ups and changeovers on high-speed moulders
- Troubleshoot and perform Preventative Maintenance on a regular schedule
- Monitor quality
- Complete moulder schedule efficiently
- Communicate and instruct team and monitor results
1st or 2nd shift available (2nd shift differential)
Qualifications
- Able to read a schedule and understand product information
- Able to understand and learn standard lumber grading rules
- Must be able to lift 10-20 pounds consistently
- Standing, bending, and twisting for long periods of time required
- Basic math skills
- Able to work in a noisy and dusty environment
- Willingness to work within a team
- Must be 18 years of age or older
