Moulder Operator - Day Shift

About the role

As a Moulder Operator, you'll set up, operate, and inspect moulders to ensure our products meet the highest standards for quality and craftsmanship. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to build your skills on a variety of specialized equipment. As you become proficient on additional equipment, consistently achieve production goals, and train others, you'll have opportunities to advance within the team.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety procedures, rules, and guidelines.
• Monitor product to ensure quality standards are met.
• Set up, operate, and verify work on assigned machines.
• Accurately and thoroughly complete all documentation related to the position.
• Train others as requested.
• Promote teamwork by cooperating and supporting co-workers.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent education, required.
• 6 months or more of related machine operating experience, required.
• Ability to read prints and measuring instruments.
• Ability to perform detailed work requiring high levels of concentration.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mentality.

Pay

$25.00–$28.00 per hour, with starting wage varying based on experience.

Schedule

Standard hours: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM.

Overtime hours: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM; and potential Saturday hours.
