Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing motorcycles
• Provide knowledgeable advice on motorcycle features and maintenance
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
• Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels
• Participate in training sessions to enhance sales skills

Requirements

Qualifications include:

• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but not required
• Willingness to provide excellent customer service
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

Essential qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Knowledge of motorcycle safety and operation

Pay

$15.00/hour guaranteed minimum base draw with commission-based earnings ranging from $48,000 to $82,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time position with flexible hours to accommodate motorcycle showings and customer appointments.
