This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced dealership environment where no two days are the same. You'll be helping riders find the right parts, accessories, and apparel while delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the wider dealership team. About The Role As our Parts & Accessories Salesperson, you will be responsible for: Providing outstanding customer service in-store, via email and by phoneAssisting customers with parts, accessories, apparel, and product enquiriesProcessing customer orders and managing sales transactionsMonitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering and inventory controlReceiving and processing incoming and outgoing goodsMaintaining attractive, clean, and well-organised merchandise displaysSupporting stocktakes and inventory managementMaintaining accurate online sales and product informationLiaising with service staff, technicians, suppliers, and customersParticipating in product and sales training programmesAssisting with dealership events and promotions as required What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have: Previous retail sales or customer service experienceAutomotive/Motorcycle Technical KnowledgeIntermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and ExcelStrong communication and organisational skillsSelf-management and self-motivation skillsA positive attitude and willingness to learnThe ability to work flexible hours if requiredAn interest in motorcycles and the motorcycle industry Hours of Work Monday to Friday: 8.30am – 5.00pmEvery second Saturday: 9.00am – 2.00pm Why Join Road and Sport?
