Join our Grand Rapids Harley-Davidson family as a MotorClothes® Sales Associate and be part of a high-energy, customer-focused team in a fast-paced and fun environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to every guest that walks through the door
• Aid customers in selecting MotorClothes® apparel, riding gear, and merchandise that fits their style and riding needs
• Keep the showroom and merchandise displays fresh, organized, and visually exciting
• Stay up-to-date on current inventory, promotions, and new arrivals
• Maintain product knowledge of Harley-Davidson apparel and safety gear
• Build lasting relationships with customers and support the H-D lifestyle

What We're Looking For

• A positive attitude and love for helping people
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous retail or apparel experience (but not required - we'll train the right fit!)
• Availability on weekends and during events
• A passion for the Harley-Davidson lifestyle
