• Demonstrate selling competence, styling expertise, and a love of fashion

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional and meaningful customer service that promotes the product and builds brand relationships
• Assist the management team in building store business
• Support service enhancers to build strong relationships, including active use of Concierge
• Service multiple customers simultaneously and handle projects concurrently
• Stay aware of fashion trends and seek information about new arrivals, including product knowledge about fit, color, and fashion
• Use product knowledge and fashion expertise to create outfits and suggest items to match customer needs
• Maximize individual performance by participating in learning opportunities and accepting direction, coaching, and feedback
• Achieve sales and service metrics in key areas including clienteling/outreach, appointment setting, and Talbots Classic Awards
• Complete operational assignments such as filling orders, replenishment, and recovery

Pay

$16.00 - $20.00 hourly USD

Schedule

Part-time, 15 to 20 hours per week with flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
