Responsibilities

• Aid customers with apparel and accessory selections in a professional and engaging manner.
• Showcase expert knowledge on Harley-Davidson MotorClothes products and promotions.
• Maintain showroom appearance and adhere to merchandising standards.
• Process sales transactions swiftly and accurately.
• Engage in dealership events, promotions, and product launches.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous retail or sales experience in apparel or lifestyle brands is preferred.
• A passion for the Harley-Davidson brand and the motorcycle community is essential.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary.
• The ability to engage with customers professionally and enthusiastically is crucial.
• Adept at handling details, being dependable, and organized.
• Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications is required.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A valid driver's license is preferred.

Schedule
