Clothing Sales

Responsibilities

• Greeting every customer upon entrance into the store and lead them to the right direction of the store for what they are looking for.
• Answering phones and directing the call to proper department.
• Restocking, sizing, zippering, snapping and straightening clothing and all merchandise at all times.
• Ensuring that every customer shopping is offered assistance, offer the product features and benefits, and give them guidance to make sure they get exactly what they need.
• Processing sales transactions while handling money/tender at the registers accurately.
• Learning about all the soft goods products we sell in the store.
• Maintaining all clothing to be priced, neat and shoppable at all times.
• Facilitating facilities duties as needed. Vacuuming, mopping, washing windows and doing trash etc.

Requirements

• Amazing customer service skills, clothing and retail sales experience.
• Cashier and cash handling experience.
• Able to work in a fast-paced changing environment.
• Self-motivated and able to stay busy at all times.
• Able to take direction and work as part of a team.
• Availability to work weekend shifts and holidays.
