MotorClothes/Merchandise Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist with merchandise display, stocking, and cashiering.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Promote sales using the RPM Sales Process and manage inventory.
• Support special events and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Ensure merchandise presentation is attractive and stock levels are maintained.
• Handle warranty returns and cross-sell related products.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; 1-3 years of experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and handle confidential information.
• Proficient with computers and sales techniques.
• Positive, energetic attitude and excellent attention to detail.

Physical & Working Conditions

• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work is mainly indoors, with some outdoor activities during events.
• Environment may be loud and smoky at times.
