About the Role

The MotorClothes/General Merchandise Associate delivers exceptional customer service by assisting customers, performing cashier duties, stocking merchandise, and maintaining an attractive sales environment. They promote the sale of MotorClothes and general merchandise using the RPM Sales Process, handle inquiries, resolve issues professionally, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include inventory management, merchandising, processing warranty claims, and supporting special events. The associate collaborates with other departments to facilitate cross-selling and maintains a clean, organized workspace.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Manage inventory, including stocking and replenishing merchandise.
• Create and maintain visually appealing merchandising displays.
• Handle warranty claims and defective merchandise according to company policies.
• Support special events and promotions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional sales environment.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality standards.
• Participate in ongoing product knowledge training.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Harley-Davidson products is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Proficient with computers and sales techniques.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and detail-oriented problem-solver.
• Ability to handle physical demands such as lifting merchandise and standing for extended periods.
