About the role
We’re looking for licensed Motor Vehicle State Inspector with a minimum of 1 year of professional automotive repair experience to join us at Carvana.
Responsibilities
- Perform light maintenance or repairs, including changing brakes and tires
- Conduct routine inspections/maintenance
- Basic mechanical repair for brake pads/calipers/rotors, tire installations, and wheel alignments
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of professional automotive repair experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
- At least 18 years of age
Qualifications
- Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools
- Pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
- Work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment
- Exposure to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)

- Use of safety equipment that may include but not limited to face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment
