Motor Technician

About the role

Siemens Mobility is seeking a Motor Technician to join their team in Alpharetta, GA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and mechanical systems, with experience in motor repair and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair various types of motors and related equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance on motors and associated systems
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
• Communicate effectively with other technicians and engineers to resolve complex issues

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• At least 2 years of experience in motor repair and maintenance
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical principles
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Experience with motor testing and troubleshooting tools
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
