The Motor Grade Foreman oversees and performs motor grader operations while leading a crew to ensure precise grading, site preparation, and adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and production schedules. Responsibilities

• Coordinating daily tasks according to priorities and plans, making changes when necessary due to weather, supply, delivery, and personnel.
• Sustain daily safety meetings with all crew members at the beginning of each different job activity.
• Clarify and explain, as needed, to all crew members the construction means and methods to be utilized during daily job activities.
• Delegating individual responsibilities and projects to crew members and contractors.
• Providing adequate resources and staffing to meet project schedules, laws, regulations, best practices, and safety needs.
