Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce motion graphics for in-arena video boards, including game-day animations, player introductions, and promotional content.
- Aid in creating engaging video content for social media platforms, website promotions, and digital campaigns for Atlanta Gladiators games and community events.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop visually consistent content that aligns with brand guidelines.
- Edit video footage and integrate motion graphics for game recaps, highlight reels, and event teasers.
- Assist in live event production, including preparing and queuing motion graphics for Atlanta Gladiators games.
- Contribute creative ideas for motion graphics during brainstorming sessions for campaigns and events.
- Support the maintenance of digital asset libraries for video and motion graphics files.
Qualifications
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a degree program in Motion Graphics, Animation, Video Production, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other relevant software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Photoshop, or Illustrator a plus).
- Strong understanding of animation principles, storytelling, and visual composition.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for sports, entertainment, or live event production is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a live event setting with occasional high-pressure situations.
- Portfolio or reel showcasing relevant motion graphics or video work (required).
Requirements
- Availability to work 15-20 hours per week (in-season), including evenings and weekends for game days and events.
- Ability to commute to Duluth, GA for in-person work.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to adapt content based on feedback from supervisors and stakeholders.
