Graphic Design Internship
About the role
Munchkin is a leading consumer product company and most loved baby lifestyle brand. Founded in 1990, Munchkin has sold billions of dollars of products through key retail partners like Target, Walmart, and Amazon, and has global distribution in over 50 countries. The Graphic Design Internship Program provides hands-on experience and exposure to a career in the consumer products industry.
Responsibilities
- Create and produce graphic and digital design assets from initial concept through final execution
- Engage in all facets of the creative process, collaborating with team members
- Develop executive-level presentation materials
- Create visual assets (digital and print) and layouts
- Prepare assets and graphics for a wide range of media, including marketing website, emails, packaging, print collateral, digital ads, and more
Requirements
Full-time student at an accredited 4-year college/university and minimum 3.5 GPA or better preferred
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with people of all levels
Strong visual design skills, particularly in digital and performance marketing assets
Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills
Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma
Qualifications
Be in their final year or recently graduated from ArtCenter College of Design or a comparable design program
Comfortable working quickly across multiple versions and formats
Able to work on-site in Van Nuys

Able to work in a hybrid capacity (in the office on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and remotely from home on Tuesday and Friday)
