Motion Graphics Designer (After Effects) | $70/hr Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Create high-quality motion graphics and visual effects projects using Adobe After Effects.
• Review, evaluate, and critique motion design workflows and project files.
• Provide detailed explanations of creative and technical decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve creative outputs and datasets.
• Develop documentation, tutorials, and learning resources for animation workflows.
• Assess real-world motion design use cases and contribute domain expertise.
• Maintain quality, accuracy, and consistency across all deliverables.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Adobe After Effects and professional motion graphics production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including animation, compositing, and rendering workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience providing project critiques, feedback, and documentation.
