Role Responsibilities

• Leverage advanced After Effects skills to create high-quality, dynamic video projects.
• Review, critique, and evaluate motion graphics workflows and project files for optimal quality.
• Provide clear, detailed written and verbal explanations of creative and technical decisions.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver feedback and refine creative outputs.
• Break down complex animation and visual effects processes into comprehensive documentation or tutorials.
• Assess real-world use cases and contribute to building datasets that reflect current motion design industry standards.

Requirements

• Have mid-level expertise in Adobe After Effects with a robust portfolio of professional motion graphics or visual effects work.
• Demonstrate proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly in animation, compositing, and rendering workflows.
• Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Have strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities remotely.
