Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and develop visually appealing motion graphics and animations that align with our brand identity and communication objectives.
- Collaborate with the creative team, including graphic designers, business development, and/or marketing professionals, to brainstorm and ideate innovative concepts.
- Translate briefs and storyboards into captivating motion graphics, ensuring they are in line with project timelines and requirements.
- Utilize industry-standard software and tools such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, and company proprietary tools to create high-quality motion graphics.
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies in motion graphics and implement them effectively in projects.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand project goals, target audience, and project specifications, and deliver creative solutions that meet their expectations.
- Collaborate with the video production team to seamlessly integrate motion graphics into videos, ensuring a cohesive visual experience.
- Optimize motion graphics for various platforms and devices, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance.
- Maintain and organize a library of visual assets, templates, and project files for future use and reference.
- Conduct quality checks on deliverables to ensure they meet the highest standards of design and functionality.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Motion Graphic Designer, showcasing a strong portfolio of motion graphics and animations.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, and other relevant design and animation tools.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Excellent visual and artistic skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Strong ability to conceptualize and translate ideas into compelling visual stories and animations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of video editing and post-production techniques is a plus.
- Familiarity with coding languages, such as HTML5 and CSS, is beneficial but not mandatory.
