Design motion-led stories that bring Zoom’s products to life. Collaborate with creative partners to craft engaging, intuitive visuals. Deliver motion experiences that simplify complex ideas and inspire audiences.

What You Can Expect

Our brand creative marketing team produces motion content that connects people to Zoom’s story. We collaborate daily across design, video, and copy disciplines. We exist to make technology feel human and accessible.

Responsibilities

• Create motion design projects from concept to final delivery, including storyboarding, design, and animation.
• Collaborate with designers, editors, and copywriters to translate product features into clear visual stories.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining creative quality and meeting deadlines.
• Evolve and apply Zoom’s motion and visual design systems across deliverables.
• Partner with stakeholders to champion and advance the brand through motion design.

What We're Looking For

• A Bachelor's in Motion Design, Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 4–6 years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or a related creative role.
• Demonstrate expertise in 2D and 3D motion design, product UI, and dynamic typography.
• Use storytelling and design principles to communicate complex ideas simply.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and animation tools to produce high-quality motion content.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional creative teams in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
• Manage multiple projects with attention to detail and creative consistency.
• Showcase a portfolio highlighting product marketing and motion storytelling.
• Showcase curiosity, adaptability, and passion for evolving motion design trends.

Minimum Salary Range or On Target Earnings

Minimum Salary Range: $97,600.00
Maximum: $225,700.00

Note

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
