This role combines advanced motion design and professional video editing expertise to develop engaging visual storytelling that supports business objectives and creative direction. The ideal candidate is equally skilled in animation and editing, embraces emerging technologies including artificial intelligence powered creative tools, and can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Create motion graphics, animation, visual effects, and video content for advertising, digital campaigns, social media, streaming platforms, event materials, promotional reels, graphic packages, and case studies.
  • Edit video content from concept through final delivery, ensuring compelling storytelling, technical excellence, and visual consistency.
  • Apply advanced post-production techniques including two-dimensional animation, three-dimensional animation, motion tracking, keying, rotoscoping, compositing, color correction, retouching, typography, and visual effects.
  • Utilize artificial intelligence-powered tools and workflows to enhance creative production, efficiency, and content development.
  • Collaborate with creative leaders, producers, writers, designers, editors, and stakeholders to execute creative concepts and campaign objectives.
  • Incorporate feedback effectively and translate creative direction into polished final deliverables.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously through all phases of production while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, animation techniques, video formats, codecs, and design best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum four years of professional experience in motion graphics, animation, visual effects, and video editing.
  • Experience in television, entertainment, media, advertising, or agency environments preferred.
  • Expert proficiency with industry-standard motion graphics and video editing software.
  • Strong working knowledge of photo editing, illustration, and creative design applications.
  • Experience with three-dimensional animation and rendering tools preferred.
  • Demonstrated professional video editing experience with strong storytelling capabilities.
  • Knowledge of current video formats, codecs, and delivery specifications.
  • Strong understanding of modern design, animation, visual effects, and motion graphics trends.
  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence-powered creative tools and their application within content production workflows.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and project management capabilities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, highly creative, and able to contribute both independently and within a team environment.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and willing to complete all required pre-employment screenings.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
