Motion Designer

We're looking for a new Product Manager to join our 14-person Product Management team. Since last year, we've been building a new team of Product Managers with the goal of building world-class products and elevating the product strategy and execution support we deliver to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Support Nerox’s clients in developing a viable vision, strategy, and roadmap for their products.
• Work on product discovery and development to increase the client's business value.
• Gain a deep understanding of our customers’ needs, requirements, and objectives through market research, experimentation, user testing, implementing continuous feedback systems, and performing data analysis.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in managing complex digital products.
• C1+ English proficiency.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Location

Poznań, remotely in Poland, or remotely in the EU.

Pay

Base salary with a salary review every 6 months.
