About the role

Pest Control Technician - Mosquito Arrow Exterminators is seeking a full-time Pest Control Technician - Mosquito to provide top-notch service to residential and commercial clients. The position involves treating targeted areas using various equipment such as product granules, backpack sprayer, blower, or motorized spray rig. This is a production-based role with significant earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive exterior inspections and evaluations of customer properties
• Identify pests, pest activity, harborage areas, and conducive conditions
• Develop and explain personalized solutions to customers
• Create long-term client relationships

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to pass and maintain required licensing/certification exams
• Work at least 40 hours per week
• No prior experience necessary, training provided

Qualifications

• Passing a background check
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills
• Physical ability to perform tasks in various weather conditions
