Responsibilities
- Driving to clients’ homes and businesses
- Inspecting yards for conditions conducive to pest infestations
- Applying control products using a backpack sprayer and other equipment
- Creating protective barriers around homes to reduce future infestations
- Providing education on prevention and outdoor pest protection
- Distributing yard signs or door hangers
- Ensuring a positive and professional customer experience
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Proof of insurance (if required)
- Able to lift at least 45 pounds and carry a backpack sprayer
- Enjoy working outdoors and being on the move
- Communicate well with clients and teammates
- Dependable and self-motivated
- Willing to take a state pest control licensing exam
