Mortgage Systems Administrator

The Mortgage Systems Administrator plays a critical role in maintaining system stability, implementing enhancements, supporting users, and driving continuous improvements that help deliver an exceptional experience for both employees and members.
Responsibilities
- Administer user accounts, roles, personas, and permissions within the Mortgage Lending System, including access provisioning, deprovisioning, and periodic access reviews
- Configure and maintain system settings, business rules, workflows, input forms, and custom fields to support operational needs
- Develop, test, document, and implement system enhancements and process improvements
- Troubleshoot system issues, manage incidents, monitor system performance, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and vendors
- Manage system releases and updates, including impact analysis, testing, deployment coordination, and stakeholder communication
- Support integrations and third-party vendor tools, including document providers, pricing engines, and credit and verification services
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts while ensuring data integrity and consistency across environments
- Partner with Compliance, Risk, and Information Security teams to support audits, maintain controls, and ensure secure system configurations
- Maintain system documentation, procedures, and configuration inventories
- Serve as a resource for end users by providing guidance, troubleshooting support, and best practice recommendations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Three to five years of experience administering or supporting a mortgage lending system or comparable mortgage LOS
- Experience with user access management, system configuration, and workflow administration
- Prior experience with Encompass and familiarity with reporting and analytics tools preferred
- Strong understanding of the mortgage origination lifecycle, from application through closing and funding
- Ability to troubleshoot technical and operational issues while effectively partnering with business users and vendors

Pay
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr. Individual compensation offered within this range will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, and internal equity. Conversion salary is $68,000 - $80,000 (maximum can be $85,000 with prior Encompass experience).
