Mortgage Servicing Project Manager

The Project Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) initiatives within the Mortgage Servicing organization. This role requires a hands-on leader who can independently drive workstreams, manage competing priorities, and partner effectively with senior leaders across Servicing and Servicing Operations. Required Qualifications Demonstrated experience leading complex projects or workstreams.Strong knowledge of mortgage servicing operations.Hands-on experience planning, coordinating, and delivering UAT activities.Ability to influence and collaborate with senior business and operations leaders.Strong issue, risk, dependency, and decision-management skills.Excellent written communication, documentation, and executive-status-reporting capabilities.Ability to maintain detailed and audit-ready testing evidence.Must be located in the United States and available during U.S. business hours. Key Responsibilities Own the overall planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of UAT activities.Partner with the team leader to develop, maintain, and enhance the UAT playbook.Track, document, and manage workstream issues, observations, dependencies, and gaps in the Observation Tracker.Ensure evidence is documented, organized, and retained for all completed test cases.Update program-level playbooks and supporting documentation, including: CapabilitiesPolicies and proceduresRequired decisionsProcess updatesIdentified gaps and remediation actionsPrepare and deliver weekly status reports covering: Progress against milestonesTesting completion and resultsOpen issues and risksDependencies and blockersDecisions and escalations requiredUpcoming activitiesDrive follow-up actions to closure and escalate unresolved issues when necessary.Maintain alignment among business, operations, technology, testing, and program leadership stakeholders.
