SAFE Position

• Support the Mortgage Retail Sales team with administrative, marketing, and sales tasks
• Build or maintain relationships with current and prospective customers
• Perform administrative, transactional, operational, or customer support tasks related to mortgage sales
• Receive direction from consultants or managers related to Mortgage Retail Sales functional area
• Build relationships with current and prospective customers
• Interact with customers and individuals within the Mortgage Retail Sales functional area on a wide range of information related to mortgage sales, selling process, etc.
• This position has customer contact and job duties which may include the offering/negotiating of terms and/or taking an application for a dwelling secured transaction. As such, this position requires compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and all related regulations.

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of Mortgage Retail Sales support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Job Expectations

• This position requires SAFE registration at the time of employment.
• The Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) website (http://fedregistry.nationwidelicensingsystem.org) provides the MU4R questions and registration required for employment in this position.
• Individuals in a SAFE position also must meet the Loan Originator requirements under Regulation Z (LO) outlined in the job expectations below.

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities. $23.56 - $29.81
