Mortgage Operations Manager
Responsible for
- Administering and coordinating loan processing, loan servicing, and/or default management functions.
- Making business decisions and supporting the implementation and administration of policies and procedures for the assigned area/areas.
- Managing and collaborating with support department employees, supervisors, and managers on matters regarding departmental processes and procedures.
Qualifications
- Typically five to six years of business-related experience and one to two years of managerial experience.
- A bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Thorough understanding of all aspects of mortgage lending, servicing, or operational policies and practices.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Good organizational and project management skills.
- Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Well-developed knowledge of human resources functions.
- Effective supervisory and management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience with Net Oxygen Cloud LOS (Mortgage Loan Operations System).
- Experience with processing most retail mortgage loan types.
Schedule
The schedule for this role requires working in Pacific time zone.
Pay
$75,600.00 - 92,400.00 U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
