About the role
Learn and support various operational functions within the mortgage process. Assist internal teams with workflow management, loan file movement, document review, and operational support tasks.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Communicate effectively and professionally with team members and internal departments
- Respond to requests, emails, and operational tasks in a timely manner
- Take initiative to learn systems, processes, and mortgage terminology
- Adapt to changing business needs and support teams where needed

- Work independently while maintaining collaboration with leadership and peers
- Maintain organization and efficiency in a high-volume environment
- Support operational goals, service level expectations, and departmental productivity standards

- Review and adhere to policies and guidelines contained within the Employee Handbook, including privacy and information security guidelines
- Act within delegated authorities and adhere to applicable policy and procedures associated with such authorities

- Compliance with and adherence to all applicable mortgage and fair lending laws and regulations as well as company policies
- Ability to work extended hours may be required
Qualifications
- Previous office, customer service, operations, or administrative experience preferred
- Mortgage industry experience is a plus but not required
