Role Overview

Mortgage Loan Processors at Extreme Loans are detail-oriented professionals who keep files organized, compliant, and moving forward. You’ll work closely with Loan Officers, borrowers, and third parties to ensure smooth closings.

What You’ll Do

• Manage loan files from submission through closing
• Collect and review borrower documentation
• Communicate with lenders, title, insurance, and clients
• Ensure files meet underwriting and compliance requirements
• Track conditions and timelines

Education And Experience

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Some college education preferred
• College degree desired
• Proficiency with computers, in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word Documents, etc.), and in mortgage loan applications and software
• Knowledge of Encompass 360 is a bonus
• A minimum of one year experience working with mortgage loans or processing is required
• Over one year’s experience preferred
• Excellent skills REQUIRED in customer service, written and oral communication, flexibility, and production
• The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations is a bonus
