About the Role

Merchants Bank is seeking a Mortgage Loan Processor to perform disclosure and processing help desk duties while providing excellent customer service to customers, lenders, and other contacts. This on-site position can work at any of our branch locations in MN or WI.

Responsibilities

• Assist in obtaining required information for mortgage loan applicants, including verification of employment and deposits, appraisals, credit reports, title work, required insurance coverage, and other pertinent information necessary for the loan file.
• Perform disclosure and processing help desk duties.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers, lenders, and other contacts.

Requirements

• Mortgage processing and disclosure experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and ability to multi-task and work under deadlines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills.
