About the role

We are seeking a skilled and high-producing mortgage processor to work with the mortgage loan officers on our team.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with and assist applicants in navigating the mortgage lending process
• Process mortgage applications accurately and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Handle correspondence and documentation related to mortgage loans
• Work closely with mortgage loan officers to ensure timely and accurate loan closings

Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage processing is preferred but not required
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Benefits

• $80,000+ base salary
• Performance-based bonuses

Pay

• $60,000 base salary
